This blend, produced in collaboration with the Puplinge Town Council, is made from plots of land over 25 years old in the commune. The various tastings before blending were decisive in producing this fruity, round cuvée. This wine is delicious, with fruity notes marked by cherry. On the palate, the wine is easy to drink and the tannins are elegant.
